FAQ

Common questions.

What is your MOQ?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and factory. Share your target quantity and we will check options.

Can you work to a target price?

Yes. Share your target price, currency and specification. We will check whether it is workable and explain trade-offs.

Can I request samples?

Yes. Sample availability, cost and delivery timing depend on the product and supplier.

How long does sourcing and production take?

Timing varies by product, sample approval, factory capacity and destination. We confirm an estimated schedule in the quote.

What are your payment terms and Incoterms?

Payment is normally by bank transfer to the beneficiary named on the pro forma invoice. Currency, deposit or milestone schedule, balance due date and any credit terms are confirmed for each order in writing; no payment is due until the buyer has verified the invoice and beneficiary.

Can you provide CE or other compliance documents?

Requirements depend on the product and destination. We can check available supplier documentation; no certification is implied until verified for the specific product.

Can you meet a tender's origin rule?

Tell us the required origin at the start. We check feasibility and disclose product origin in the quotation.

Who handles customs and import duties?

We quote the Incoterms® rule, version and named place or port for each order (normally Incoterms® 2020 where agreed). Availability depends on the product, supplier, route and destination. The accepted quotation states who arranges and pays for freight and insurance and who is exporter/importer of record, clears customs and pays duties and taxes. No DDP or other term is assumed unless expressly agreed in writing.
